Those mandarin speaking agents no common sense at all. They don't care about the time of day. I received one that was made as late as 10:18PM. I remembered the time for I screamed at her from the bottom of my lungs. There's a general rule that no cold calls after 9PM. They shot their "scripts" (in mandarin) as soon as someone picked up the phone. They didn't even bother to ask if we understand mandarin or any other dialects. Like 新鮮人 described, they hung up on you as soon as they realized you're not interested in their products or services. Absolutely uncivilized!! 我都想丙佢呀!!
