Soup base was very salt, so salty to a point that you can easy kill your high-blood pressured spouse by taking them there twice or so, in my opinion. Their specialty - 拉麵 was nothing special. It looked & tasted just like angel hair pasta. We think the names "老千拉麵" or "味精拉麵" are more appropriate....... I love that word - “瀨” - that’s exactly how I felt after tasting their noodles in Toronto.
